Shipping Timeline
We take pride in ensuring every order is handled with care. To keep our process simple and transparent for our customers:

Total Delivery Time: All orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within 10 business days from the date of your order.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed off to our shipping carriers.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a Tracking Number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to your pup’s paws.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses; however, please note that transit times to these locations may occasionally exceed our standard 10-day window due to carrier limitations.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the 10-day window, please allow an extra 2 business days for carrier delays before reaching out. If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number, and we’ll track it down for you.
